Hi Everyone,

I know it’s irksome to read someone’s adieu mail and even more mundane if we don’t even have the slightest idea of the people in the mail.

So let’s just say if you are receiving this mail, there’s a high probability you have made a place here.

I personally believe it’s difficult to say goodbye to a place where we have spent even a diminutive amount of time.

It’s been just 7 months in this organization, but I am really glad to have got a chance to be a part of Infostretch family, and to have meet some wonderful people.

It is said that “People may forget your name, but they will never forget how you made them feel” <– It’s the other way round as well.

I would like to express my gratitude to ALL for their motivation, support in my journey here.

Thanks to my colleagues and friends – I will note the very first thought that comes to my mind.

Nitin Hambir – A person in love with his machine and code.

Nobesh Sahoo – Dedicated programmer, helpful and always having a smiling face.

Sumedha Katkade – a very sweet girl and my first acquaintance during on-boarding and then later friends.

Ashwini – met during carnival week, and playing tambola was fun.

Jayashree – I like your ‘Hindi’ lol

Rahul Patil – Desktop chor

Bhakti Patil, Shreya Bhosale, Dhawala Mali, Rohit Deshmukh, Rushikesh Tupe – friendly people with positive aura.

Neev Chokhawala – a very sweet person with progressive thoughts.

Saumil Mehta – my Manager who motivated and appreciated my work.

Yogesh P, Yogesh D & Vajid – for helping me to improve and learn.

Daily standup meetings and KT sessions would have been unbearable without you guys, it was fun working with all of you.

Special thanks to:

Keshav Kumar – [An energetic and cheerful person] – for your inspiring words of wisdom, will cherish them always.

Anand Tambey – [A multi-talented personality with ‘down to earth’ nature and an amazing writer] – for showing how we can remain humble in whatever phase of life we are.

Arpita Ray – [strict yet a helpful person] – for looking out for your employees, and understanding the situation from ground level.

Jaspreet Kohli (HR) – woman with principles – for your support and standing by me when required.

Swapnil Benjamin (HR) – a hardworking and a supportive person.

Garima Chaturvedi – My dearest friend who knew me more than I knew myself – A person totally opposite of me but still connecting with you was an incredible experience. Thanks for everything and stay in touch as always.

Rasmiranjita Dash – my breakfast cum tea partner and a good friend.

Sujata – My first really close friend in Infostretch, met during outing and with whom I can interact effortlessly.

Unnati & Manisha – young enthusiastic minds – transaction search brought us together but you both are the most pure hearted individuals I have ever met.

Amit – for always staying by my side and ignoring my unpredictable mood swings.

Subhi – my cutest and bindas friend – keep your attitude about life as cool as you are.

Sunny & Sonal Agrawal– cheerful buddies whose company I always enjoy, will miss your nautanki

Avani Thakkar – a friend and a guide – I really admire and respect your sincerity, dedication and your attitude.

Anuja Rajput – My good friend and also my hearing ear.

Sagar Naik – for your never ending taunts 😀 (kidding) for motivating me always, and believing in me.

Pradnya – pure hearted person – for motivating and cheering me up when I was upset.

Amruta – my friend and a person with a good heart, stay the same.

Each person we meet during our journey surely teaches us a lot, we just need to understand what life teaches us through different mediums.

I wish you all “All the very Best”.

Believe in yourself, follow your dreams and never ever give up !!!

Over and out – Signing off

Love and peace from Me à You all m/

Best Regards,

Dear Ruchita,

When I received your name in Secret Santa, I didn’t know you by face/name as not interacted directly. However, I checked with other members to show your place. You seemed to me an innocent and sweet girl with a kind of tension/stress reflecting predominantly on your face. I sort of recognized it for the team and I’d been fighting with the management with Arpita/Keshav/Siva et al on side, to provide a balance and you may have seen the changes from December. Also I have chosen a gift of 365 smiles and quotes, one per day to see you smile every day. I was really happy to see your smile when you received the gift and also this moment I read your lovely words and gratitude. These are the things I would cherish for my lifetime.

Thank you so much and keep that smile on your face always.

We are already in touch on FB/LinkedIn and let me know if anytime you want reference letter for higher education etc.

Would love to help anytime.

Warm regards,

Anand
